Cpanel Support (self help option)
For issues regarding use of the cPanel please consult this documentation (maintained by the Cpanel creators) before submitting a support ticket. This documentation can also be read as a pdf-document.

FAQ - Knowledge Base (self help option)
The most frequently answered questions might provide answers at times when we are temporarely unavailable. It may be that another client already asked the question you are bothered by.

Fantastico Scripts Support (self help option)
Fantastico easly installs many great and advantageous PHP scripts. Because of the large number of scripts and their diversity we supply Fantastico, but do not support the scripts installed by Fantastico. Fantastico is supported by the forums at: Forums.
Each script has a support forum itself (usually maintained by its creator).The link to a particular support forum can be found by logging in to the Fantastico area of the Cpanel and in the left pane choose the script you use and the right pane will display a link to the creators site and the help forum for that script.

Tutorials
By and by there will be tutorials with step by step lessons on various issues. These lessons can for example teach you how to use FTP programs, how nameservers work, how to program something usefull onto your website. Feel free to contact us if you have specific requests for tutorials.
